Manufacturing buying guide
A manufacturing implementation checklist
Define readiness across scope, data, integration, users, cutover, and operational support.
Discuss your requirements
Before configuration
Name owners for each workflow and system. Approve the initial scope, source records, environments, data authorization, architecture, dependencies, and acceptance criteria. Retain exclusions so an unplanned requirement does not silently become a launch assumption.
Before production
Reconcile migration, test integrations and recovery, review access, and exercise representative and failure journeys with department owners. Complete applicable privacy, security, AI, and accessibility reviews. Prepare training, support contacts, rollback triggers, and the exact release record.
After cutover
Verify live behavior and record discrepancies. Reconcile records, review early exceptions, close temporary access, and establish monitoring and support escalation. Schedule access, provider, change, and recovery reviews appropriate to the agreed scope. Treat timing as dependent on readiness, not as a universal calendar promise.
